By using SeaweedFS Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description #

SeaweedFS Enterprise is a distributed storage solution that provides self-healing storage capabilities for enterprise use. The service is provided as software that you deploy and manage on your own infrastructure.

2. Privacy Policy #

We do not collect any private data. SeaweedFS Enterprise operates entirely on your infrastructure. We do not have access to your data, usage patterns, or any personal information. All data processing and storage happens within your own systems.

3. Refund Policy #

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. This includes:

• Annual license purchases
• Monthly subscriptions
• Enterprise support contracts

We encourage you to take advantage of our free tier (up to 100TB) to evaluate the software before purchasing a license.

4. License Terms #

• Your license is valid for the specified term (monthly or annual)
• If your license expires, SeaweedFS will automatically fall back to the open source version
• Your data remains accessible even after license expiration
• License renewals are your responsibility

5. Support #

• Enterprise customers receive email support at support at seaweedfs dot com
• Open source users can access community support through public channels
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours

6. Liability #

SeaweedFS Enterprise is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or other damages that may occur from using our software.

7. Changes to Terms #

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SeaweedFS Enterprise after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
